Trial of a Judge
That it is a court does not mean justice is being done. That he is a judge does not mean he is not prejudiced and/or corrupt. That he is called Honorable does not mean he/she is. Just because judges take salaries does not mean most of them are not corrupt. You have to assume that a judge is biased and corrupt unless proven otherwise and proven consistently and in all judgements from the start of his/her career till the end.
Every judgement given by any judge is basically a trial of his own honesty and courage. Most of the people who come for meeting & counselling with stories of injustice in the hands of the court feel that it is their own shortcomings. I used to feel that initially. Now I want to tell you not to feel so. If the court has failed to recognise your innocence or your rights or in the merits of your
case or in the bias of the law itself, it is the failure of the court and it is the failure of the judge. Even if a judge fails once, it is a permanent failure, that means he/she has no moral right to preside over the court unless it is a genuine mistake and he/she corrects it.
